How to Make a Watermelon Ice Pop
Ingredients:
“Just add juice” Jello mix
Vanilla pudding
Watermelon flavored juice
Mini chocolate chips
Green food dye
Make the Jello with the watermelon juice (Refrigerate it so it is ‘solid’).
Make the vanilla pudding, then separate into two parts.
Dye one part with green food dye until desirable, then the other part lighter with less dye.
First, place the darker part in a popsicle mold.
Next, pour in a thin layer of lighter pudding.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, now; to represent seeds.
Pour the jello now, and press it into the mold.
Put stick in and freeze!
